Problem
When I plug in external speakers into an audio jack on a Fujitsu s72220 laptop they are very quiet.

amixer -cIntel
(speakers unplugged) - http://paste.debian.net/1005165/
amixer -cIntel
(speakers plugged in)
When I plug external speakers in: "Master" 45%->100% (unexpected, but doesn't harm), "Headphone" 0% -> 100% (expected and affects nothing anyway), "Speaker" on->off (also expected), "Speaker+LO" 100%->0% (that's the problem).
Something set "Speaker+LO" to 0% when it switches to headphones/lineout.
Perhaps this is a bug in alsa.

Solution
Sett "switch = mute" and "volume = merge" in [Element Speaker+LO] in /usr/share/pulseaudio/alsa-mixer/paths/analog-output-headphones.conf.
This will be overwritten by a next update, a bug needs to be filed.
